A bit about me. I qualified as a Midwife in October 2009, leaving behind Midwifery in 2019 and taking the plunge, to run my own Holistic Therapy business full time. In 2011, I began my journey into Holistic Therapies.Training with Expectancy, studying the use of complementary therapies (Aromatherapy, acupressure, reflex zone therapy and massage) for natural labour induction, common pregnancy ailments and pain relief in labour. In 2014, I studied acupuncture for pain relief in labour, at University College Hospital, London. In 2015, I lived in Okinawa Japan for my Husbands career in the US military, during this time I studied to become a doula with doulas of North America (DONA) and I worked for the birth education Center of Okinawa, offering complementary therapy services to pregnant women within the military. In late 2016, due to family commitments, I took a break from Midwifery, during this time I worked in a high-end Spa, near Silverstone, I received gold standard training in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Body Scrubs, signature treatments and Facials. Specialising in Elemis, Espa and Neals Yard Remedies. I currently use NYR I all my treatments. In 2019, I took a further course in Hot and cold stone massage, with the TEWC academy in Kettering. In 2020, I studied basic Aromatherapy blending. In November 2021, I moved to Hampshire. I’m fully DBS checked.
I offer a variety of services on a mobile basis. I also offer Pamper Parties. I cover a wide range of areas so please contact me if you are unsure.
Heal your body, naturally. I’m an experienced Massage Therapist and a firm believer in a holistic approach to healing. The human body is made up of the mind, body, and spirit. All three must be in working order, so that a free flow of energy is achieved. Through my practice, I work hard to release this energy and promote well-being.

Deep Tissue Massage is a healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow and helps activate the natural healing processes in each patient's body as well as to restore their physical and emotional well-being. With my Holistic Facial, your body and mind will feel free and clear of all worries and stressors that life places upon us. Aromatherapy
Natural Healing
Aromatherapy is an ancient medicine using pure essence derived from plants. I use Neals Yard Remedies essential oils.
During the appointment you willComplete a detailed consultation regarding symptoms and ailments. Based on this we will select essential oils to help heal the root cause of these ailments and symptoms.
We will blend a, treatment strength, oil for you and you will then go onto to have an Aromatherapy Massage full body massage.
Back, Neck and shoulder massage, Legs, Feet, Abdomen, Hands, Arms, décolleté, Face and scalp. Any areas you wish to be avoided can be mentioned in the client medical form completed prior to the appointment or discuss with your therapist.
Choice massage modality: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stones or Pregnancy massage.

Rose Tranquility
Balance Your Chi
The ultimate self love treatment. Starting with a Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage, using hand blended NYR Rose Absolute and Geranium oil. Unwind and relax from life’s stresses and Strains.
Holistic face massage using NYR rehydrating rose facial oil, we use a variety of acupressure and lymphatic drainage. Rose quarts facial stones to enhance those feelings of self love. Finishing with a blissful scalp massage using NYR Rosemary and cedar-wood scalp and hair treatment. Total Treatment time 75 minutes £60
This has an optional add-on , Cleanse and Renew your energy with a back scrub at the beginning of this treatment using Handmade coconut oil and Himalayan salt scrub. Himalayan salt is renowned for its detoxifying benefits and energy cleansing. 30 minutes.
Hot Stones Massage

Using Hot Basalt stones and Crystals to balance chakras feel muscles tension melt away. Hannah has extensive knowledge and experience of Hot stones Massage, qualifying in February 2019 in Hot and cold stone massage at the TEWC Holistic Therapy Academy.

The ultimate stress buster, this is a hands-on body treatment that leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed. I love showing my clients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health.
Using Locally sourced Lavender from Lavender Fields, Selborne, Hampshire. I use a hand blended Lavender Masaage oil.Starting with Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage. Moving to the face for a deeply relaxing Holistic Facial using Neals Yard Remedies Facial products and finishing with a soothing Foot Massage.

Relaxation in Birth class
An Ancient Science
This is a hands-on body treatment, incorporated within a an education class, for pregnant women and their birth partner. This will focus on the use of Massage, Aromatherapy and acupressure during labour and birth. This can also include any aspect of pregnancy and childbirth that you may be concerned about or wanting more education. Knowledge is power and being armed with knowledge can really help you to feel empowered during your birthing experience.
You will be give a hand blended bespoke Aromatherapy oil to take home, made, after a detailed consultation, a 60 minute pregnancy massage.

Reflexology Foot Massage

This is a creation by Muime Massage only. Using a variety of modalities to trigger an internal healing process. Using Massage, acupressure, Reflex Zone Therapy, Reflexology and Balinese massage techniques. This is an intensive treatment, that can be ideal for clients that do not enjoy regular body massage.
